  • Professional dancer: 20 years of profession

  • Certified Romana’s Pilates New York in 2015

  • Teacher for 2 years at the Canal Central PARIS and Le Studio du 17eme – Pilates

“Dedicated, cheerful, open-minded, well organized, mind structured, positive thinking, Pascale brings practice to people. She is constantly looking to improve her student’s levels and her own work.” Isabella Buggelsheim, director of Canal Central Paris

After a classical dance professional training, over the years Pascale Chinotto discovered modern dance techniques which allowed her to dance professionally for 20 years (Ballet Royal de Wallonie, Capitole de Toulouse, Alcazar de Paris, Freelance au Mexique during 15 years).

At the end of her carrier, concerned by staying in shape she naturally turned towards Pilates that allowed her to maintain a sense of well-being and self-fulfillment.

Attracted to this method, she undertook training to become a teacher (Romana’s Pilates Certificate, New-York 2015).

Her teaching method is influenced by her Pilates practice in Paris for 2 years (at the Studio Pilates Paris) but also by her history with dance that gave her a certain body-awareness and taught her how to persevere in physically demanding activities.

Pascale is convinced that every student, whatever their profile is, as long as they assiduously get involved in this discipline, will find benefits to it: the strengthening of abdominal muscles, an enhanced flexibility of the body, fluidity of movements, which will give a sense of well-being physically but also mentally.
